Famous Last Words
One of these days, I'm going to learn to never say never.....
This is from a conversation with Dana Woods on 10-1-99 regarding A Kind of Madness.
Raine: Someone asked me if I was going to write a sequel
to it. I don't even know where to begin.
Dana: What would you do in a
sequel?
Raine: that's just it. I don't know what the point would
be that wouldn't be cliche.
Dana: I agree.
Raine: I mean, Ray and Fraser both (in my mind at least)
have figured out what Nick is. They just won't admit it to each
other. Then there's Monique. I can't see Nick going back to rescue
her. Maybe pre-Immie Nick, but not this Nick.
Dana: Nah, you're right. Leave
it as is. People always ask for sequels, doesn't mean you have
to comply.
Raine: I'm not going to, don't worry. If I write another
fic, it will probably be one series or the other, not both. that
was driving me insane.
Dana: ::blink:: really?
Raine: the juggling? Yes. I wanted so much to assume certain
things, but I couldn't because I hate reading crossovers where I'm
expected to know all there is to know about the show.
Dana: I was being sarcastic,
chica.
Raine: ah. Call me slightly oblivious tonight.
